Susan is the author of REAL Leadership: Waken to Wisdom and her upcoming book, REAL Culture: The Catalyst for Conscious Business. Her passion is to support leaders, teams, and organizations find direction and purpose by becoming REAL. This methodology increases bottom-line performance. Susan believes companies can be profitable and compassionate.

Participating in the launch of Linceis Conscious Business is a dream come true for Andrea Haas. She considers the venture the culmination of her previous technology and consulting roles fueled by her passion for self-awareness.
After graduating from Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Andrea Haas’ career began in corporate enterprise technology and consulting sales. She worked at IBM and then ALLTEL Information Systems. Attending a Stop at Nothing’s High Impact Leadership Seminar in 1994 ignited the pursuit of self-awareness and real personal growth. Andrea left corporate sales to consulting at Stop at Nothing and support graduates of their leadership programs.

Cindy Medaglia is a partner and executive leader at Linceis Conscious Business. She has had a passion for this type of work her entire life as she has always possessed a keen interest in inspiring and empowering others to realize and achieve their goals. This passion started long before her 35-year professional career. Whether as the eldest sibling or as a wonderful mother to her own family, she always strives to encourage and inspire excitement in the pursuit of the interests and goals of everyone. Linceis Conscious Business is similar in that they help clients identify barriers to achieving leadership effectiveness and transforming into a high performing culture.

Susan enjoys the challenge of helping teams transform to become high performing. She facilitates leadership programs and has worked with small companies and senior executives from many Fortune 500 companies worldwide. She has coached executive men and women to reach higher levels in major organizations. For 30 years, Susan and her team, worked with more than 35,000 leaders in over 30 countries. As CEO of Linceis Conscious Business Group, she implements advanced digital tools to enhance leadership effectiveness and drive peak performance.
A life-long learner, Susan continues to explore the behavioral sciences to acquire the educational foundation she needs to develop highly effective leaders, teams, and organizations. She explores the science of mindfulness, meditation, yoga and the impact of stress-related behaviors on leadership and corporate effectiveness. She continues to explore how brain neuroplasticity can create behavioral change. Susan is a certified yoga instructor and has practiced meditation since the age of 14. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband Barry Robertson who co-founded both companies, and her eight grandchildren.

She is passionate about helping leaders strengthen their self-awareness to improve their leadership abilities and effectiveness. She is continually looking for new ways to enhance company culture and expand executive leadership skills. Personal development and self-understanding have always been a driving force in Andrea’s life. Her journals at the young age of nine reflect a strong desire for self-improvement, and as a high school student, she enjoyed exploring family members’ Meyers-Briggs Type (MBTI) temperaments and archetypes. he now applies those concepts in her role at Linceis Conscious Business. Andrea Haas lives in Park City, Utah with her husband, and she enjoys Kundalini Yoga, meditation, snow skiing, hiking, mellow mountain biking, and trail jogging. Most important of all, she enjoys spending time with their three children who have left the nest.
