Let’s be REAL, to achieve diversity, equity, and inclusion means talking about difficult topics and issues. Let’s talk about: discrimination, unconscious bias, false accusations, switching, imposter syndrome, assimilation, and inequality.

Many of us, at one time or another, have experienced some sort of discrimination, exclusion, and unequal access. What can we do to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion? How do we build bridges of community and belonging at work?

The first step begins with each of us individually. We have to see the color to not see color. We have to explore the differences to find commonality. We need to address the difficult topics that create exclusion and inequity. At the end of the webinar, we will discuss specific steps you can take to make a difference.
