We establish a baseline of core competencies and leadership and cultural gaps. Based on the analytics and coaching discussions, the client and the executive coach define the goals and objectives of the coaching process and create the roadmap for leadership and cultural success.
Develop Competency
We provide an on-demand course, REAL Leadership: Understanding Your Results, to help our REAL Leadership 360 (RL360) participants understand their results and develop their skills. Additionally, we provide RL360 participants access to the REAL Leadership Master Series, a step-by-step, on-demand course to build resilience, engagement, agility, and leading with wisdom skills. When combined with internal or external coaching, leaders can transform their behaviors and improve organizational and team results more effectively.
Measure Progress
Our tool then provides a recommended solution and roadmap for cultivating higher emotional intelligence, improving employee engagement, communicating with greater impact and influence, becoming more agile and flexible, thinking more strategically, and performing at their highest level.
Continous Learning
When pulse surveys are completed and combined with the Cultural Assessment tool, everyone on the team who participated in the Cultural Assessment survey receives a learning roadmap and recommended behaviors for improvement.
