About the Workshop
The REAL Transformational Leadership Workshop is a highly experiential, awareness-based leadership development workshop focusing on leadership style and competencies and catalyzing personal and leadership behavioral change.
The in-person workshop provides new leaders with the experiences
necessary to gain insight and awareness of their leadership behavior drivers. From there, participants can deepen their understanding and knowledge of their emotional intelligence skills, communication skills, self-awareness, and competencies, leading to the opportunity to develop, change, and grow into high-performing teams and senior leaders.
We end the workshop with a sustainable roadmap of behavioral change, which will lead to individual and leadership transformation and take your leadership to the next level, benefiting the entire organization.
